Our NYT bestselling bestie is back! And the Chillable Red'ish Wine is an extremely food-friendly red for the season. It pairs with roasted chicken, jammy peppers with feta, Hot Pockets, and even sandwiches. The wine itself is made from one-part carbonic maceration of Pinot and Merlot grapes, and one-part direct-pressed (allowing the grape juice to have super short contact with the skins) Merlot and Auxerrois grapes.

This joyful little bottle is sourced from various sites in the Willamette Valley and is made with carbonic maceration, resulting in a wildly aromatic wine with plenty of tart super crunchy red fruits. Made with minimal intervention, this is pure Oregon "glou glou" at its finest.

Inspired by the fresh and lively Nouveau wine style of Beaujolais, France, Scribe Winery’s Nouveau of Pinot Noir is unique in it’s substitution of the traditional Burgundian Gamay with California Pinot Noir grapes (Carneros). This experimental Nouveau of Pinot Noir underwent an 11-day, whole cluster, carbonic fermentation powered by native yeast before it was bottled unfiltered, unfined and without sulfur on October 18th, 2022. SOIL TYPE: Huichica loam, volcanic tuff.

Only available for a limited time, this is a lively, juicy wine with notes of fresh plum, orange peel, wild mint. Wines produced in the Nouveau style are aromatic, light, low in tannin and fruity— meant to be enjoyed right away. Never before sold in magnums (that's 10 glasses!), and only at Foxtrot— this experimental vintage from Scribe is the perfect wine for gathering, in the perfect size for gatherings.
