The Wonderland Project

The new generation of winemakers, unsatisfied with over-produced wines, are seeking to recreate and reimagine early California winemaking styles in all their rugged glory. While this Cab is an ode to the traditional, rugged California wines of the 60’s and 70’s, this next-gen winemaker utilizes organic grape growing and minimal intervention to infuse new-school practice. Sourced from three Atlas Peak vineyards and foraged from volcanic soil and alluvial loam, the result is bold, beautiful, smooth, and dry. Break out the game meat.
