Chicago-owned, Kyoto style coffee is a small batch operation doubling as the only method to make drip cold brew coffee. It is low acid, low bitterness and naturally sweet.

As opposed to steeped, murky batches of cold brew, this method is cleaner, clearer, and constantly  at the ideal extraction - perfect for your new morning ritual. This blend specifically having taste notes of cognac, stout beer and shaved dark chocolate.

Kyoto Black Cold Brew

A micro-brewed chai concentrate from the women-owned Freeman House, so you can make your own chai lattes at home! Made with black tea, fresh ginger, demerara sugar, cinnamon, whole clove, cardamom, and black peppercorn. Small batched for freshness every time. Add 1 part concentrate to 1 part of your fave milk, and enjoy.

This is seriously like no other chai you've had before. We use Freeman as our house mix for a reason, so we're pumped to have concentrate available to make our own at home! It's spicy, full-bodied, not too sweet—all the smoothness you want out of a chai.

Blue Bottle Coffee - Cold Brew

Blue Bottle's cold brewed coffee from house-roasted dark beans.

Bold is the chocolate in their comparison, particularly the baking cocoa and caramel notes possible in Central American beans. These they draw out with a heavier roast—about as dark as Blue Bottle gets. The trick is to bring out those roasted notes without wiping out the body, which they brush the line beautifully.
