General Information

We deliver to Lincoln Park, Old Town, Gold Coast, River North, Streeterville, Lakeview, Logan Square, Loop, Roscoe Village, Bucktown and Wicker Park. Not quite sure which area you fall in? Check out our delivery zones.

Foxtrot is free to download in the App Store. All-in Delivery fee is just $5.00 - no layers of hidden fees here. All our goods are offered at typical corner store prices.

Orders & Delivery

We start the delivery process as soon as your order is placed, and aim to be at your door in under an hour. Occasionally it may take slightly longer due to things outside of our control (weather, traffic, etc).

You’ll receive a text notification once your order is on the way. Additionally, you can track your order’s progress through the mobile app. Once our courier starts your task, you’ll be able to see their progress.

If there are any problems with your order — e.g. you notice an incorrect charge, you need to make changes to your order, etc. — you can contact us through our in-app chat or via email at support@foxtrotco.com. Whatever your issue may be, our team is here to help you sort it all out.

The recipient of any order containing alcohol or tobacco products will be asked to provide proof of age upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any alcohol or tobacco items if proof of age cannot be provided.

Promotions

It’s okay. It happens to the best of us. Try these common fixes:

• Check spacing, character errors and/or spelling mistakes.
• Check you’re not mixing up the numbers 0/1 and the letters O/I.
• Check you’re entering promo codes in the correct field. Please note that gift card codes can be redeemed on your Account page.
If you are sure your promotion code is valid for your order but it still doesn’t work, please contact us through our in-app chat or via email us at support@foxtrotco.com.

Referral codes will show up in your account once the person you referred 1) created their own account and 2) placed their first order. Please make sure that the person you referred entered your unique referral code in order for you to qualify for the $10 account credit.

Past Orders

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process. If you don’t see a refund within this timeframe, please reach out to us with your order number via our in-app chat or via email at support@foxtrotco.com.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item purchased online or in-store, you may return the item with receipt for a full refund within 7 days.

Once you place an order, a copy of your receipt is sent to the email address associated with your account.

You can see your order history when you log in to your account on the Foxtrot website.

Perks

Perks is our Loyalty Program. Spend $100 at Foxtrot (either in-store or delivery) and you’re automatically enrolled in the program for the current month and the following month! Learn more here.

If you have not yet qualified for Perks, you can check your balance by clicking on your Account Page. If you have already qualified for Perks, our app will show that you are a Perks member.
