Meaning “saucy” burrito, we start with cooked short ribs that we braise ourselves in a homemade red and green salsa until you can practically shred it with a blade of grass. We then stuff Monterey Jack cheese and roasted potatoes in the flour tortilla before covering it with our own enchilada sauce—homemade from salsa roja and blended chili peppers. After covering it in more cheese we serve it with rice, beans, and sour cream. Made fresh daily, and reheats perfectly with cooking instructions included.
Props to our photography team but the picture cannot do it justice. This is a 10-inch burrito with a 3-4 inch width, okay? And the result is incredibly savory and tender! The perfect intersection of beefy and cheesy, would you know what we meant if we said this was a “fork burrito?” Pair it with chips and guac if you want, but it may end up being for show since this is fit for the biggest appetites. We like to think this wholly redefines “grab-&-gourmet.”
