Next are homemade Moroccan-preserved lemons that have brined in salt and lemon juice for weeks until the peels are soft, mellow, and intensely flavorful. A sprinkle of goat cheese sourced from local partners in each of our markets provide a tart, probiotic boost. Followed by grilled broccolini for that slight bitter char to offset the sweet, salt, and fat. Served with house-made avocado vinaigrette.
