Saison brewed with Piloncillo sugar and conditioned on brettanomyces, made in Chicago, IL. Our friend Doug Velicky held a virtual charity auction to fund the installation of art murals at the Lurie Children's Hospital, and is/was donated an opportunity to make a beer with them as a prize! The winner, Pat Craddok (a brewer himself) asked is/was to make a saison with this tasty, unrefined sugar from Mexico (Piloncillo).

Truly one of the most unique beers they've ever made! Nerds and novices alike—eat* your heart out with this uniquely spicy and floral summertime brew. *drink.
