Spanish wine is greatly undervalued, which is why our latest Kid Sister is a bone-dry banger from Navarra. The sensibilities of this wine are reminiscent of entry-level Bordeaux. The wine is 100% Cabernet, made with 30 year-old bush vines grown at a high elevation. The wines are then aged for 13 months in a mix of new and old French oak barrels.
