In the town of Santa Maria de Dota, the mill is operated by the husband and wife duo of Ivan Solis and Alejandra Cordero. Ivan's passion and knowledge for coffee cherries began as a truck driver for driving regional harvests to collection stations. From there he built his connections with farmers, got a job overseeing coffee processing in CoopeDota, and in 2016 started his own mill!
