We love wines from Santorini like this because it grows in 100% volcanic soil, creating the the addicting, thirst-quenching acidity and salinity you taste. It practically transports us to the Greek isles. Other fun fact: It's so windy on this island that they have to manipulate the vines into a low-lying basket (like on the label).
