We first marinate chicken breasts for 48hrs in homemade Teriyaki sauce with soy, sesame, honey, ginger, and other Asia-inspired flavors. After grilling those off, we toss them with crunchy romaine, shredded Napa cabbage and carrot, pickled daikon radish, and locally sourced snap peas. Then garnished with sesame seeds and scallions.
We wanted to cook a springtime welcome wagon as colorful and refreshing as the season itself. But that type of quality can only be sourced from your local farms, so we incorporated as many as we could. And for a protein boost to complement their vibrance and quality, we spent two days marinating a chicken breast with wonderfully umami undertones that energizes and satisfies your craving for wholesomeness.
