This food collaboration with Chef Jonathan Zaragoza was inspired by communal restaurant experiences in Mexico. Our Sikil P’ak is a roasted pumpkin seed hummus with roasted tomato and garlic. Served with a bite-sized crudite of radishes, quicos, and veggies in a salty/vinegary escabeche, and accompanied by a shot of Michelada concentrate. Pair with your favorite cerveza.
