We marinate firm tofu in sweet/spicy Gochujang sauce and serve it on a bed of sesame/soy jasmine rice with pineapple and daikon cabbage slaw. Served with Sriracha mayo to liven things up more. Served and enjoyed at room temperature. OR heat it up in the microwave for 2 minutes/the oven at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
