This is the entry-level Cabernet from our friend Samantha Sheehan, an awesome woman winemaker in California who makes brilliant, organically farmed wines from all over the state. It's a show-stopping collab of black fruits, vanilla, spice drawer and bell pepper. Expect a chewy mouthfeel, bright acidity, all with an old-world Bordeaux feel to keep things on the classy side.
