Our very own homemade Vegan Tomato Bisque soup made with the king of all tomatoes: San Marzano. All made with veggie broth, white wine, coconut milk, a homemade olive oil roux, herbs, kosher salt, and black pepper. Made fresh daily, and arrives room temp.
While Bisque is traditionally cream-based, we didn't feel right about gatekeeping all of the silky, rich, made-from-scratch comfort of this soup. So we crafted ours with coconut milk. Now everyone can ladle deep spoonfuls of sweet, earthy tomato bisque over fresh baguettes and HBO marathons. We've been concocting this recipe since spring, so that when the winter hits you're ready with the best.

Ingredients

Preparation Instructions

Reheat in a saucepan until gently simmering. OR microwave on medium for 3 minutes. Stir before serving.
