Make it grain. This bowl is packed with a few of our favorite veggies, plus sweet poached apples and tart goat cheese for a little flavor bomb in each bite.
Roasted chicken, brown rice, kale, sweet potato, celery root, goat cheese, poached apple and toasted almond with a cider glaze.
To enjoy hot, remove lid and pour sauce over the bowl. Place in 350ºF oven for 14-16 minutes or microwave on medium for 3 minutes.
