Popularized in Spain, our chef took a vegetarian twist on the classic bocadillo sandwich. Using roasted asparagus in place of meat, he layered on herbed feta, arugula and a nice romesco sauce. Of course, it's all served on top of a crispy baguette from our friends at Aya Pastry.
