Mojo braised pork shoulder, brown rice, black beans, pickled onion, tomato, sweet corn, cilantro, scallion, serrano and a poblano creme.
To enjoy hot, remove lid and place in 350ºF oven for 14-16 minutes or microwave on medium for 3 minutes. Pour sauce over.
