The wine expresses a ripeness of fruit flavors, dried herbs like thyme and bay leaf, while overall maintaining a food-friendly acidity perfect for cooler weather. Maison Noir is a two-fold lifestyle project producing both a T-Shirt line and PNW wines. Founded by sommelier André Hueston Mack in 2007, both ends of Maison Noir incorporate a trademark attitude and personal perspective on wine subculture. The wines are unique and distinctive garage wines, while the apparel is inspired by punk and hip-hop street culture as well as 1990’s independent skateboard companies.
