Pretty Cool Ice Cream is the brainchild of pastry chef, Dana Cree, and Michael Ciapciak, founder of Bang Bang Pie and Biscuits. Located in Chicago’s Logan Square, they serve up hand-crafted artisan ice cream on a stick alongside other frozen novelties.
